Full time!

The football match has ended. 0-0 on both sides. Penalty Time. Who will win and reign champion, holding their head up high for all eternity? Who will be forever be forgotten as the one who fought through so much obstacles to reach the finals? The referee was unfair and biased, but will anyone care? Will we overcome the biased decisions of the referee and win with glory, or will we have to sit and eat bitter pie as a result of his decisions?

Isn’t it ironic? 90 minute match, and yet the winner will be decided in the last split second of the penalty goal. What have we got to show for the 90 minutes of hard work? It is out of our hands now. Its up to how well the goalkeeper of the other team performs.

Never a tenser moment, somehow the 90 minutes seemed to pass so much faster than these few precious seconds. Time seems to have halted.
