Okay, here it goes, I will be taking my first clinical exam on a long case in a few hours time. Thanks to those that helped me proofread my write-ups while I was trying to do last minute read up on signs and symptoms.

I am going to be wishing myself good luck here, as almost everyone (other than Sinners and YK the evil) that I was messaging the whole night either
a) Did not reply to me
b) Disappeared halfway while talking to me,

Whatever… I am very stressed…..
