Failled again!

Just when I though I had solved all the poblems of the experimen and am trying to adujust the conitions to optimise it, it failled me again. At least this time I dont feel bad about at all because there was nothing that I could do about it. The tube holding the reagents just melted during the heating phase. First time that happened to me. All 4 tubes from the same rack had meted and the contents just evaporated out over the heat/cool cycles....

Oh well, just have to run it again now and come in in the weekend to check it out.
