Mass evacuation plan for London

They are having plans for the mass evacutations for the capital using all means and the councils have been contacted for the plans and details.

Its all fine in normal time, but consider this:

1) The elections are coming up on the 10th june.
2) The iraq torture photos have been proven to be fake, but the nuts are calling for suicide attacks.
3) Remember Madrid just before the spanish elections?
