A Comedy, A Tragedy and A Mama Drama
  corner

There is nothing that can resist change, There are no stories that will not end, Even though its hard to acknowledge that, But this is the reality. The ending of a season, Is the begining of a new one.

Fatt's In The House!

Not that Fatt kinda Fatt Kao

Having been trying pretty hard to make this for the past few days and this is as close as I can get to it. At least this time there is a hint of a split coming in the middle, unlike the other times when it just rose equally on all sides, becoming more like a sponge cake than a Fatt Kao

Ingredients

1) 4 eggs, red lion quality from chickens vaccinated against campylobacter
2) 160g white sugar
3) 150g self raising flour
4) 1 teaspoon baking powder
5) dash of extract of vanilla

Instructions

1) Throw all ingredients into one large bowl and mix well with power mixer.
2) Smell and check that it smells like fatt kao, just uncooked. If not, adjust ingredients accordingly to make sure it smells right.
3) Pour into large casserole dish and put in Tefal Steamer
4) Make a cross on the top in the centre of the mix with white sugar to encourage it to split.
5) Steam for 30 mins

The splitting bit is getting to me, not that I am that superstitious, but would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions to make it split properly.

Anyway, it cant be that bad, considering that Arsenal managed to THRASH Champion League qualifiers Everton an incredibly embarrassing score line of 7-0. I probably will try to make this again on FA cup final day. Would love to see Arsenal whack Man U 7-0 in the FA cup final!!!!
