late update

Just saw a convoy of police on bikes go past my place. They have jammed mobile phones. I cant call out from either of my mobiles. Just says service unavailable, although its a full4 bars.

Tried using the land line to call some other mobile outside London and it works.

Wonder whats going on. Are they trying to prevent a mobile activated explosion like the madrid bombings?

And yes, the buses that are going pass are all not in service when I look at the fromt of the bus. They are just driving them about. Wonder whats it all about.

Sirens just started again.
