Roller Coaster Ride

Just when I thought that everything was going to go right for the big double experiment this weekend, when I was sure that I have everything covered and prepared, its goes way wrong from the start(equipment and all that crap are missing, someone bombed the stock room so I cant get in for spares), then recovers after adding antibiotics to the cells, and now it goes wrong again.

Sigh......

Why cant things be simpler and less confusing.
